The primary objective of this entry-level sales role is to provide exceptional support for the DIY business, driving sales and service success.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through DIY store visits and phone interactions
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store sales objectives
- Offer comprehensive DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installations, and other associated tasks
- Maintain high standards of store products and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management processes, including truck put away, stockouts, cycle counts, and backstock maintenance
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment, encompassing floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot upkeep
- Perform general stocking duties, including truck stocking and backstock replenishment
- Effective spoken and written English communication skills, enabling strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedural manuals
- Basic mathematical accuracy: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
