Regional Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and improve facility infrastructure
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
  • Maintain facility maintenance plans
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and validate temperature and humidity monitoring systems
  • Map areas and equipment temperatures
  • Estimate budgets and capital expenditures

You will work closely with our QA team to ensure that all facilities adhere to current ICH, GMP, FDA Good Clinical Practices, local regulatory affairs, legal requirements, and World Courier Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in facility design, maintenance, and temperature control
  • Strong computer skills (Autodesk AutoCAD, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Air Conditioning, Cold Chamber, Instrumentation, Automation, Monitoring systems, and electronic controllers
