About the Job- Maintain, monitor, and execute security and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
- Perform timely repairs, fixes, and preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, or infrastructure based on identified issues.
- Support and contribute to the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and other compliance programs, ensuring incidents are investigated, resolved, and reported.
Experience in driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring junior team members is essential. In-depth expertise and applied knowledge within relevant areas are also valuable assets.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals and manage facility activities, setting and implementing short- and long-term strategies.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required. 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, datacenters, networking, operating systems, or hardware are necessary. Additionally, 3 years of management experience are expected.
