About the Role

  • Manage tax litigation with outsourced offices and prepare detailed reports.
  • Evaluate strategic approach in administrative and judicial litigation under guidance of Head of Tax.
  • Facilitate effective communication both oral and written related to inspections and assessments, adhering to legal requirements.
  • Oversee regularization at federal, state, and municipal levels ensuring tax clearance.
  • Effectively manage mailboxes (federal/state/municipal and internal) to follow up on notifications.
  • Prepare and oversee tax processes' budget and contingency planning.
  • Provide and review tax calculation and ancillary obligations.

Required Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Advanced or intermediate English proficiency.
