We are a web design platform seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to champion our financial operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer contracts and ensuring timely payments.
  • Overseeing debt collection procedures and providing detailed reports.
  • Resolving billing-related issues and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Participating in the monthly financial close process and preparing journal entries, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient English language skills for global communication.
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills, with a deep understanding of US GAAP.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in ERP Systems, preferably NetSuite.
