Job Purpose

As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead innovations that drive category and brand growth. You will work with a global and diverse team to develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies that maximize ROI. Your role will be to ensure the achievement of market share growth targets by defining strategic battles and executing plans accordingly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive category and brand growth.
  • Ensure the achievement of market share growth targets by defining strategic battles and executing plans accordingly.
  • Lead and strategize trade investments to maximize ROI.
  • Develop promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Liaise with the sales team to align and manage trade marketing strategies effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the monthly forecast cycle in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Provide sales insights and inputs to optimize the S&OP process.
  • Track pricing strategies and collaborate with performance teams to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Lead trade marketing discussions in business review meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze shopper behavior by channel to identify opportunities for increasing sell-out.
  • Select optimal assortments tailored to each channel's needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Track record in Trade Marketing.
  • Experience and knowledge about beauty market.
  • Brazilian market knowledge.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Sales experience (desirable).
  • Data driven decision making.
  • Problem solving.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Business acumen.
  • Influencing and storytelling.
