**Job Title:** Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have experience with customer order management.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and plan customers' orders to meet delivery time requirements.
  2. Monitor and administrate order changes and backlogs.
  3. Coordinate inbound containers from origin to warehouse delivery.
  4. Handle and coordinate exportations, including customer contact.
  5. Maintain transport master data and routings for distribution.
  6. Monitor and maintain region master data for sales and production items.
  7. Coordinate operations at the warehouse.
  8. Initiate corrective actions based on available information to provide high service levels to customers.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience with global interactions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Solid experience in customer support and ability to work independently.
  • Desirable experience with import and export, documents, and logistics processes.
