We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support our Central Operations team in administrative tasks and growth onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a well-structured approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support operational teams in achieving growth deliverables and efficiencies
  • Implement automations for streamlined growth and portfolio changes
  • Develop data-driven reports for leadership, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Standardize market ways of working to enhance timeliness and execution on furnishings and move-outs
  • Perform audits and improve metrics for guests and internal teams, ensuring timely data collection
  • Enter unit/building/process information accurately for other teams' reference
  • Collaborate with operational members and leaders to identify process gaps and opportunities
  • Communicate with vendors and companies as needed to support operations
  • Provide admin support for onboarding and move-out processes, including utility and telecommunication setup, package setup, account cancellation, and task scheduling
Requirements:
  • Top-tier university degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role (residential or hospitality experience considered a plus)
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive, and adaptability
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication
