Business Data Solutions Manager


Job Description

This role is responsible for driving data process improvements, enhancing data quality, and facilitating data-driven decisions to establish streamlined, accurate, and consistent data management aligned with governance policies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with process owners to support data collection, management, reporting, and analysis for effective business operations.

  • Data Governance: Implement data governance and sustainability initiatives across functions.
  • Apply and enforce data standards, guidelines, and ownership to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Data Management Operations: Validate master data requests, coordinate with back-office teams to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain KPIs (TAT, SLA, Data Quality, KRIs) and collaborate to resolve process issues.
  • Add value to Master Data operations and meet commitments across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main contact for data owners and consumers, ensuring smooth data flow.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive and support business projects, promote digitization, and ensure data standards and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in SAP and Office tools.
  • Manufacturing knowledge or experience.
  • Digital Enablement – Intermediate.
  • Analytics and Insights – Advanced.
  • Technology and Application Management – Intermediate.
  • Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement – Intermediate.
