- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, which includes creating, organizing, and refining user stories and tasks.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback.
- Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.
- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that the development team has a comprehensive understanding of requirements.
- Plan and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution in alignment with company goals and team capacity.
