We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Strategist to manage a portfolio of products or a complex product with multiple features, primarily within the game development or online gaming sector.
This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy with organizational goals, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring excellence across the entire product lifecycle.

- Lead initiatives for the continuous improvement of product management capabilities.
- Define the Vision: Define the vision for the game or product, aligning it with company goals, and communicating this vision to the development team.
- Strategic Direction: Responsible for the strategic direction of the product and identifying market opportunities.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, which includes creating, organizing, and refining user stories and tasks.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback.
- Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.
- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that the development team has a comprehensive understanding of requirements.
- Plan and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution in alignment with company goals and team capacity.
- Work closely with development and delivery teams to define realistic timelines and ensure alignment and accountability across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, taking into consideration stakeholder expectations and market demands.
