Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Knowledge Analyst, responsible for providing industry expertise and insights for our Latam market. This position involves working collaboratively with case and proposal teams to develop knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and analytical approaches in your area of expertise
  • Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, in a credible and confident manner
  • Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools for the TCI sector based on diverse client contexts
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Adapting flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new ideas and innovations
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity with ease
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in industry or research of TCI sectors: Travel (airlines, car rental, leisure), Infrastructure (rail, ports, roads, construction, PPPs/concession), Cities (water and sanitation, municipal services)
  • Candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
