- As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to customers on the strategic application of HashiCorp tools, helping them drive measurable outcomes and achieve long-term success.
- With a deep understanding of our technology portfolio, you will leverage this expertise to help customers navigate complex projects, overcome technical hurdles, and unlock the full potential of our solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and orchestration platforms.
- Proven experience working with U.S./Canada customers in roles such as Architect, TAM, or Engineer.

- Excellent communication skills – able to convey technical concepts clearly and handle customer objections effectively.
