As a key figure in our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to hospitals and healthcare providers across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will receive and respond to customer complaints regarding hospital products in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will translate and send information to the customer system for investigation into product failures.
  • You will manage reporting deadlines for each country and contribute to investigations and reports.
  • You will interact with hospitals and representatives to resolve issues and ensure compliance with global standards.
Required Skills:
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • You should be able to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • You should have good keyboarding and computer skills.
  • You should have effective listening and telephonic skills.
  • You should possess strong analytical and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Training in biomedicine, nursing, or biology would be advantageous.
  • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish language proficiency would be beneficial.

This is a hybrid remote position based in Curitiba, PR, Brazil.
