Advanced Robotics Engineer

We are seeking a skilled robotics engineer to join our R&D program.
You will be responsible for developing advanced robot behaviors and locomotion systems. This includes designing tasks and environments, training policies with reinforcement learning and imitation learning, validating on simulation, and deploying on physical robots.
Your Key Responsibilities- Invent and build complex robotic tasks and environments.
- Train and refine policies using RL/IL libraries.
- Explore cutting-edge approaches in reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and continuous control.
- Closely work with the robotics ecosystem – ROS 2 and NVIDIA's robotics stack.
- Solid machine learning and RL foundations with hands-on PyTorch experience.
- NVIDIA Isaac ecosystem proficiency – Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab and legacy environments.
- Strong ROS 2 skills – ros2_control, lifecycle nodes, planning and perception integration.
- Sim2Real expertise – domain randomization, dynamics tuning, and safe hardware deployment.
- Engineering best practices – version control, containerization, reproducibility, and documentation.
