Design Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled technical designer with expertise in both digital and print design. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with art directors and clients to ensure the quality of all deliverables.

The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a sense of ownership, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that resonates with diverse audiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creative directors to develop impactful visuals.
  • Work with art directors to finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, image assets, and mock-ups according to agreed-upon specifications.
  • Develop new styles and creative proposals while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Translate business vision and strategy into effective visuals through collaboration with business leaders.
  • Adapt, retouch, and scale assets for both digital and print formats.
  • Design presentations tailored to various audiences.
  • Transition seamlessly between digital and print production.
  • Refine rough sketches and concepts into polished, professional files through collaboration with clients, executives, strategists, and creatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience working with assets at scale, adapting them for multiple formats and localizations.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Desirable: After Effects knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Advanced photo retouching skills.
  • Fluency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
