We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a critical role in the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of global sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day administration of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), including validating inputs, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to maintain and improve systems and data quality.
  • Assist in quota/territory data tracking to support proper incentive calculations.
  • Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point of contact for commission-related inquiries, dispute resolution, and clarification of plan mechanics.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Run and validate reports related to payouts, performance, and exceptions.
  • Governance, Compliance & Audit Support: Identify risks and propose controls to improve accuracy and mitigate compliance gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, ideally with exposure to sales incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
