
Sales Compensation Data Analyst Specialist

As a compensation analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of our sales compensation programs through robust analytics and reporting.
This involves developing, maintaining, and automating recurring sales compensation reports and dashboards to track performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining complex sales compensation models to drive business growth.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of sales performance data, compensation plan effectiveness, and quota attainment to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
- Identifying data discrepancies and working cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensuring data integrity across all reporting.
- Supporting the annual and ongoing sales compensation planning process through data modeling, impact analysis, and scenario planning.
- Preparing presentations and communicating complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources to support compensation calculations and reporting.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM systems is highly desirable.
