Customer Success Specialist

Buscamos um profissional experiente em Customer Success para se juntar ao nosso time de negócios. O candidato ideal terá habilidades sólidas em comunicação, resolução de problemas e análise de dados para garantir a satisfação dos nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes;
- Acompanhar a jornada do cliente, identificando oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell;
- Analisar métricas de sucesso do cliente;
- Sugerir planos de ação para melhorias contínuas;
- Resolver proativamente problemas e desafios dos clientes;
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de engajamento e comunicação com clientes;
- Monitorar a saúde dos clientes, utilizando ferramentas para identificar riscos e oportunidades.
Atuação prévia no mercado digital;
Experiência como Customer Success;
Excelente postura e habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
Habilidade para resolver problemas, pensar de forma crítica e analítica;
Experiência com ferramentas de CRM;
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa;
Comprometimento, responsabilidade e proatividade;
Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos clientes e prioridades simultaneamente;
Conhecimento em técnicas e metodologias de Customer Success.
