Customer Success Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Care team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and building long-term relationships with customers, improving customer satisfaction through professional advice, training, and inspiration, and collecting feedback from customers to relay to relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Improve customer satisfaction through professional advice, training, and inspiration
  • Collect feedback from customers and relay it to relevant departments
  • Prepare inspirational materials with the Customer Care department
  • Conduct trainings and webinars
  • Resell products and services

Requirements:

  • Experience working with customers and building relationships
  • English speaker, as an international company you will be in contact with English constantly
  • Ability to work under time pressure while remaining calm and efficient
  • Ability to act independently and take responsibility for actions
  • Continuous development and qualification are an integral part of your life
  • Knowledge of marketing basics or an interest in eCommerce
