About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Care team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and building long-term relationships with customers, improving customer satisfaction through professional advice, training, and inspiration, and collecting feedback from customers to relay to relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build long-term relationships with customers
- Improve customer satisfaction through professional advice, training, and inspiration
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to relevant departments
- Prepare inspirational materials with the Customer Care department
- Conduct trainings and webinars
- Resell products and services
Requirements:
- Experience working with customers and building relationships
- English speaker, as an international company you will be in contact with English constantly
- Ability to work under time pressure while remaining calm and efficient
- Ability to act independently and take responsibility for actions
- Continuous development and qualification are an integral part of your life
- Knowledge of marketing basics or an interest in eCommerce
