About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as an Onboarding Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service, initiating the onboarding process and assisting customers in independently implementing our system.
  • Motivate customers to implement the system after signing the contract, ensuring a positive perception of our tool, and resolving technical issues during onboarding.
  • Supervise the integration of new customers, maintain the efficiency of the onboarding process, and manage customer information in this process.
  • Support customers through various communication channels, investigate the reasons for customer departures during onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition to other Customer Care departments after the implementation is completed.
  • Collect customer feedback on our product and report monthly goal achievements.
  • Train new members on handling the onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Experience and enjoyment in working with customers, with building relationships being second nature.
  • English speaker, as an international company, you will be in contact with English constantly.
  • Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining calmness and effectiveness.
  • Independence and willingness to take responsibility for your actions - ownership is key to our success.

  • Basic understanding of marketing or an interest in e-commerce, with the world of trends and innovations being a natural environment.
