We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Validity. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, providing them with the necessary training and support to get the most out of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customized onboarding plans for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our products.
- Provide in-depth product training and support to clients, either in-person or through virtual training sessions.
- Monitor client progress, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of digital education assets, such as training videos and webinars, to support client training and implementation.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or technical support.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing conditions.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex product issues and analyze performance data.
- Fluency in English is required.
