About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Validity. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, providing them with the necessary training and support to get the most out of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement customized onboarding plans for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our products.
  2. Provide in-depth product training and support to clients, either in-person or through virtual training sessions.
  3. Monitor client progress, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  5. Contribute to the development of digital education assets, such as training videos and webinars, to support client training and implementation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or technical support.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing conditions.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex product issues and analyze performance data.
  • Fluency in English is required.
