About the Role

At Validity, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, helping them to get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding and Training: You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized onboarding and training to ensure they are comfortable using our solutions.
  2. Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement and work with our cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective communication to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Product Knowledge: You will have a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to provide expert guidance to our clients.
  5. Collaboration: You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  5. Fluency in English is required.
