About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Expert to join our team at Validity. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new clients, ensuring seamless product adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
  2. Provide in-depth product training and support to clients, either in-person or through virtual training sessions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in the customer experience.
  4. Contribute to the creation of digital education assets to support customer training and implementation.
  5. Build relationships with key stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and effectiveness of the customer success program.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or technical support, with a proven ability to learn quickly.
  2. Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues.
  4. Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of email deliverability and/or email delivery.
  2. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM application and SAAS platforms.
