About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Walker Lovell. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our customers' and carriers' experience through your relationships and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to onboard and train new clients, ensuring product adoption and usage.
  • Lead cross-area projects to deliver efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct data-based analysis and make recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop and implement onboarding strategies across all products and customer segments.
  • Project manage customer onboardings to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to onboarding and migration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carriers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
