About the Role

Fastmarkets is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success department. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing a seamless and successful onboarding experience to our customers who are migrating from our legacy platform to our new Forest Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver platform webinar training to customers
  • Provide customized training sessions to customers to ensure they are comfortable using the new platform
  • Identify leads and upsell opportunities to drive business growth
  • Segment cohorts of accounts for platform migration and detect 'at risk' accounts
Requirements
  • Ability to build rapport and interact with customers
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Experience working in a global business environment
  • Knowledge of a second language is beneficial
  • Experience delivering migrations and utilizing Customer Success Engagement Platforms is beneficial
