**Job Summary**
The Onboarding Partner Specialist is a key role at Xometry Inc., responsible for guiding prospective manufacturers through the multi-step vetting and onboarding process. This involves answering questions, setting up prospective manufacturers for a productive relationship with Xometry, and leveraging interpersonal skills, diligent task management, and various technologies to ensure they understand the full value of joining Xometry's Partner Network.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure all incoming Partner requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner.
- Ensure onboarding pre-work is properly completed through a combination of self-directed work and administrative support.
- Utilize Salesforce to respond to Partner inquiries, Google Sheets for funnel tracking.
- Monitor select business channels to identify prospective partners and conduct research to do outreach and follow-up.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or service management position preferred, with a history of producing results through strong relationships.
- Ability to communicate in fluent U.S. English in a business setting.
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Technically proficient with an ability to utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft/Google Suite and Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while solving problems quickly and creatively.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively work cross-functionally and with a wide range of people with different skill sets.
- Work experience in a fast-paced environment.
