We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Edrone Brasil Tecnologia Ltda. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support and service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Initiate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve the overall onboarding experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
