At Validity, we're seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success program, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure seamless product adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in the customer experience.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip clients with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Contribute to the creation of digital education assets to support customer training and implementation.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or technical support.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with rapidly changing conditions.
- Excellent time management skills and a high level of autonomy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data analysis and performance metrics.
- Fluency in English is required.
