About the Role

At Validity, we're seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success program, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure seamless product adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in the customer experience.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip clients with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital education assets to support customer training and implementation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or technical support.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with rapidly changing conditions.
  • Excellent time management skills and a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English is required.
