About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Training Expert to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our sales teams, focusing on customer service, sales skills, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service and sales skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives
  • Conduct coaching sessions to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
  • Work closely with the District Manager and Area Manager to ensure consistent onboarding for new starters

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of professional training experience in a luxury brand environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced level of Portuguese and English language proficiency
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
