Job Overview

As a key member of the Intuitive team, the Customer Training Specialist will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from various surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training programs for surgical teams at designated training centers and remote locations, ensuring seamless adoption of da Vinci Surgical System technology.
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with the Training team to design and implement specialized training programs, including Society events, to support the needs of surgeon educators and course participants.
  • Training Evaluation: Conduct surveys to gather data and measure program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for internal projects, providing guidance on new product development, training material/protocol development, and training research initiatives.
  • Training Center Management: Manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars, ensuring efficient operations and optimal resource allocation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for da Vinci System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships between external training center personnel and Intuitive management, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Business Objectives: Contribute to the organization's quarterly goal achievements, driving business growth and success.
