IT Solution Manager Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions within Back-Office Services.

The successful candidate will have expertise in SAP FI/CO, strong project management skills, and experience with financial process and reporting. They will also be able to develop and manage solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies and communication plans to maximize value and adoption of the solution, managing vendors and stakeholders, and providing SAP guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Develop and manage the solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure support structures and KPIs are maintained.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for aligning solution priorities with BPOs and functional heads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong SAP FI/CO expertise (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
  • Deep understanding of IT best practices, financial processes, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP interfaces, test automation, and integration tools.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, and test automation tools.
