As a Quality Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving quality performance and promoting problem-solving within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer requirements and industrial quality performance to promote effective problem-solving using QRQC tools and reduce quality issues with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Functionally manage the Industrial Quality Team 'Ways of Working' from a project perspective.
  • Deploy the Product Audit Plan and accurately document NCRs and results of project performance.
Requirements:
  • A mechanical or electrical engineer with a rail technical background, specifically in critical characteristics such as adherence, crimping, tightening torque, electromechanical, electrical, material, and mechanical.
  • Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge in quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 22163 IRIS, APSYS) and awareness of processes and products delivered in the project.
  • A customer satisfaction mindset to promote quality acceptance criteria.
