Job Description:

The role of Business Development Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Manage the smooth running of the centre while finding ways to increase sales and revenue.
  • Motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

A typical day at the centre involves welcoming members and guests, showing them the facilities, and helping them set up their WiFi connections and AV system for their presentation.

Meetings with clients are also an essential part of the role, where you'll discuss their business needs and think about how to introduce them to other businesses in the centre through networking events.

Another key aspect of the job is running through move-ins with the reception team, ensuring the welcome kit is prepared, and all badges and keys are ready for handing over.

With a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you'll be responsible for hosting regular networking events and developing relationships with existing and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a smooth-running operation, with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude towards fast-changing situations.
