We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with expertise in AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, preferably in the e-commerce sector, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI models, focusing on key performance metrics such as accuracy and model consistency.
  • Develop tools and dashboards to measure AI model performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers on real-time model monitoring and optimization.
  • Own A/B testing for model selection and performance validation.
  • Embody a process-focused approach, using clear workflows and effective engineering story management.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and establishing credibility with leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep knowledge of tracking real model performance metrics rather than UX-only metrics.
  • Ability to dig into details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Product management experience with a strong process orientation.
