We're seeking a Lead AI Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on AI adoption
- Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings
- Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing and pre-sales support
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, such as OpenAI GPT and LangChain/RAG architectures
- Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, using tools like scikit-learn and XGBoost
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and business users
