Customer Success Strategist
- We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to drive growth and renewals for our portfolio of customers in North America and Latin America.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, user groups, and decision-makers.
- This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent the voice of the customer internally and ensure needs are heard and prioritized.
- The successful candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of onboarding and implementation projects, mapping customer-specific rollouts, tracking milestones, communicating progress, and resolving blockers proactively.
- The Customer Success Strategist will contribute to implementation playbooks and best practice guides, owning renewal planning and execution, including pricing alignment, contract coordination, and commercial positioning.
- Key responsibilities include monitoring and improving customer health and adoption through data, feedback, and regular business reviews, anticipating and mitigating risks that could lead to churn through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
- The ideal candidate will identify and support growth opportunities, including cross-sell, upsell, and feature expansion.
