Job Title: Enterprise Customer Success Manager

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in minimizing risk, optimizing customer satisfaction, and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding and Product Introduction: Develop trust with customers, understand their objectives, and align expectations to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Introduce products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers across industries to coordinate complex projects.
  • Engagement Planning: Work with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to develop engagement plans that drive business growth.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Identify growth opportunities, mitigate renewal risks, and manage customer portfolios.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead weekly customer and business reviews, prioritize blockers, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers internally, influencing product roadmaps, documentation, and processes.
  • Support and Campaigns: Support customers through reactive ticketing and create targeted campaigns to meet their needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT-related experience, familiarity with Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Strong presentation skills, process improvement experience, and team collaboration are essential. Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese, are highly valued.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRM tools is a plus.
