Role DescriptionThe AI Engineering Leader plays a pivotal role, guiding teams that develop enterprise-level solutions to scale and automate value-driven outcomes for businesses. This role requires a blend of technical depth and leadership skills to drive AI projects from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify, define, and prioritize AI and machine learning projects.
- Lead rapid and effective development of proofs of concept for AI initiatives.
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using Python, standard ML libraries, AI third-party services, and AWS.
- Mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate and plan across other teams.
- Hire for your team.
- Drive technical direction in projects and ensure scalability and robustness, involving other stakeholders as needed.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience leading AI engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Python, ML libraries, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to mentor and develop team members.
- Ability to drive technical direction and ensure project scalability.
