Job Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled prompt engineer to shape how small businesses experience our platform every time a lead calls, from the first hello to a booked appointment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine voice prompts that make our AI sound natural, persuasive, and human-like.
  • Develop call flows that map and optimize how the AI handles objections, FAQs, and booking scenarios.
  • Analyze conversion rates, booking data, and call recordings to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure the AI reflects real-world sales best practices and SMB-friendly language.
  • Balance warmth, brevity, and performance to prevent leads from feeling robotic.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing and speaking with clarity, persuasion, and empathy.
  • Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong background in conversational design, scripting, and data-driven iteration.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track performance data and improve scripts and flows.
  • Fast learner, with a bias for testing in-market rather than over-planning.
  • Owner mentality, optimizing for SMB ROI rather than vanity metrics.
