As a Key Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across the Brazilian market.

You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with customer-facing teams at mid-market and enterprise-level companies.

Developing warm outbound strategies to drive sales growth is also key to this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with customer-facing teams to identify opportunities across our user base.
  • Developing and executing warm outbound strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, negotiation, and closing.
  • Becoming a product expert and leveraging that knowledge to help prospects succeed with our product.
  • Partnering with our Product and Customer Support teams to build deep empathy and relationships with our most important Brazilian accounts.
  • Understanding customer needs and priorities to simplify the deal process.
  • Creating sales collateral from scratch to support the sales process.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align on strategy and drive growth in Brazil.

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • 3-4 years of qualifying experience (SDR/BDR/Rep) and 2-3 years of closing experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end SaaS sales cycles with PLG and PLS motions.
  • Ambitiousness about experimentation and taking initiative to test innovative approaches.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify high-potential leads and prioritize those most likely to convert.
  • Ability to present insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Focus on optimizing time-to-value for customers and ensuring rapid realization of product value.
  • Passion for product and closing the loop between customers and Product/Engineering.
  • Proven track record of driving activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as our product and processes evolve.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
