**Key Account Executive Role Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer growth, strengthen client relationships and ensure exceptional retention across our US customer base.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling and retention strategies.
- Built strong lasting relationships with clients and act as trusted advisor.
- Conduct strategic reviews to ensure clients achieve their eCommerce growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including success sales marketing and product departments.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management Client Success or Business Development preferably in eCommerce SaaS or digital marketing with US clients.
- Strong communication relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem and digital growth strategies.
