Senior Media Strategist

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Media Strategist to lead our digital acquisition strategy across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) for a portfolio of high-growth Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally fluent in numbers, platforms, and creative strategies - someone who can scale revenue efficiently while building systems, teams, and insights that last.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads
  • Own campaign performance across multiple DTC brands and markets
  • Collaborate with creative, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and product teams to build high-converting customer journeys
  • Oversee media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) optimization
  • Test and implement new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures
  • Build and mentor a team of media buyers and performance analysts
  • Report directly to executive leadership on paid growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and learnings
Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in paid media, with proven success scaling DTC brands via Facebook & Google
  • Strong command of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROAS, Lifetime Value (LTV), blended MER, and attribution models
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and ideally post-purchase analytics tools
  • Strong leadership skills — with the ability to zoom in on the numbers and zoom out on strategy
  • Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Northbeam, or similar DTC stack
