About this Role

As a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll excel at experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth. If you enjoy A/B testing, ad optimization, and finding winning formulas, this is your chance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling ad copies using design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
  • Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing layouts and CTAs.
  • Run continuous A/B tests & experiments to boost conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in CRO tools like GA4 or GTM.
  • Creative problem-solving skills through experimentation and iteration.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.
