Delano Dubai Housekeeping Coordinator Job Description

Delano Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate staff activities to ensure efficiency and effective communication among team members.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • Luxury experience in a hospitality environment, showcasing ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
  • Proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
  • Relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
