Accommodation Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a warm and personalized welcome for all guests, prioritizing their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Continuously improve the quality of our services, welcoming ideas and suggestions from team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, ensuring guests have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Respond to client complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.
  • Support the breakfast shift when necessary, ensuring a well-presented and stocked buffet.
Requirements:
  • Careful and considerate of others, with a strong sense of teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with any additional languages a plus.
  • Desire to grow in the hospitality sector, with a passion for meeting customer needs and providing an outstanding experience.
