Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and timely check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest accounts, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries, providing accurate and timely information and services.
  • Facilitate guest departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-out process.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in dealing directly with the public and acquired general knowledge of basic customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems.
