About the Role

The B2B Sales Agent will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. This includes administrative, customer service, and sales lead development perspectives. The ideal candidate will promote sales to achieve budgets in accommodations, F&B, T&T, and Co Work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Understand fully the locations and country services, packages, and promotions.
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
  • Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds/visits.
  • Handles daily correspondence, responds to inquiries, and makes reservations as needed.
  • Guide clients to convert sales opportunities.
  • Support Sales with Backoffice processes and activities.
  • Market research to generate new leads.
  • Achieve sales goals based on a weekly budget.
  • Prepare letters of confirmation and contracts for travel agencies and groups.
  • Sell packages for all locations.
  • Communicate reservation and groups information to the front desk and operations team.
  • Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
  • Processes and monitors advance deposits on reservations.
  • Maintains a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.
  • Responsible for collecting or charging reservations when needed.
  • Getting information about areas of interest to target more clients in special seasons.
  • Making arrangements for clients' travel programs.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent attention to small details.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and other presentation tools.
  • Passionate about challenges.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English and local language advanced.
