Job Title: Sales Development Representative - B2B Cold Calling

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective business customers via cold telephone outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting primarily via telephone in English.
  • Convince cold B2B business prospects to book demo meetings with an Account Executive for a service or software.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held.

Requirements:

  • Expert Fluency in English for business prospecting.
  • Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person.
  • Passionate about Cold outreach to prospects via Telephone.
  • Passion for developing a career in sales.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Desired:

  • 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Experience living abroad.
  • High energy team player.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Experience using CRM's.
