English Language Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our team as an outbound, B2B, Sales Development Representative (Pre-Sales) with a focus on Cold Calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective Business customers via cold telephone outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English
  • Convince cold B2B business prospects to come to a meeting with an Account Executive
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held
Requirements:
  • Expert Fluency in English for business prospecting
  • Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person
  • Passionate about Cold outreach to prospects via Telephone
  • Passion for developing a career in sales
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Desired:
  • 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling (Software/IT/Saas a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Experience living abroad
  • High energy team player
  • Goal-oriented
  • Experience using CRMs
