Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of the Front Office, including Bell Desk, Telephones, and Front Desk, to ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Guide and manage Front Office operations during assigned shifts, providing support to colleagues during busy periods.
- Maximize occupancy and average rate through participation in budgeting, outlook, and yield management.
- Review arrival reports and VIPs to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Oversee group business requirements, including room blocking, convention agendas, and special requests.
- Assist in scheduling staff based on productivity levels and customer service needs.
- Participate in emergency response and crisis situations to ensure guest and employee safety.
- Two years of supervisory experience in Front Office.
- Excellent guest service orientation and leadership skills.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and flexible with work hours and assignments.
- Impeccable professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
